All partners, excluding the Kaunas representatives, met in Cahors in a very well organised and fruitful meeting. Due to technical problems the Kaunas representatives were unable to attend. The Mayor of Cahors welcomed the participants and declared his dedication to contribute for the successful outcome of the SMOOTH project. Despite the freezing cold, the participants toured Cahors town and were briefed on the future plans for the town by the Municipality of Cahors representative.

During the Transport Public Day (the 15th of September of 2010), the urban network was free for all the inhabitants. The results show that there was an increase of urban transport uses. Thanks to this experience it appears that CCGC should reinforce the action during a longer period.

Liberation square is being renovated since the 15th of September of 2010. The goal is to access easily to the square, for each mode of transport. Moreover, there are several shops which would like to be more visible.
